Shipping times are estimates following the dispatch date and are based on working/business working days( i.e. not weekends and Bank Holidays) . If you require your order processed urgently please contact us at: email@example.com and where possible we will endeavour to get your package to you as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods and other busy times where order dispatch may take up to 48 hours.
All parcels will need to be ‘signed for’ on delivery so please ensure there will be someone present at the delivery address to receive the goods and provide a signature.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
Please ensure that you use the correct address for delivery – you may be charged for re-delivery of your order if you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control.
Where possible, you will be notified if there is a delay with the dispatch of your order.
Yvette Kissi shall not be liable for any delay or failure by us to deliver your order within the estimated timescales.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Yvette Kissi we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if your order is not to your satisfaction we shall be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
